@AmericanU #kpuxfauci As a physician I’m curious how vaccination will affect social distancing. If vaccination is effective, we need to see if exposure to the virus reduces the transmission rate. Does wearing a mask and distancing after vaccination defeat the purpose?

As to when a vaccine could make a difference, Fauci says, "I'd like to say spring, but... I think it's much more likely in the late summer early fall... that the level of virus in the community will be so low that in-person classes will be the rule, not the exception" #KPUxFauci
