This is your reminder that Republicans in Congress could be restoring the Smith-Mundt Act but won't!
Why, @SpeakerJohnson & @LeaderJohnThune ?
Gunther Eagleman™@GuntherEagleman
🚨 Trump just nailed it: “Fake news has to change. When you can win in a landslide with 94% negative stories, there’s something seriously wrong with the media.” They’re not reporting, they’re propagandizing.

Jeannine Pirro informing the world how activist Judge James Boasberg STOPPED two Grand Jury subpoenas on Fed Chair Powell regarding his BILLION dollar overruns.
She says it’s illegal to stop the subpoenas, so why doesn’t she just go ahead with them?!
This seems like another job for the SCOTUS. One would think they are sick of this shit too and would start admonishing the activist judges!

The reaction from the dejected globalists is priceless. It’s not law yet but it will be. Europe is slowly waking up. Let’s hope it’s not too late.

If John Cornyn wasn't such a weak coward, he would have already called to totally abolish the filibuster.
Sadly, John Cornyn is a weak coward, which is why he's choosing to let the Democrats win as the American people suffer.

American citizenship is a sacred privilege — not a cheap status that can be obtained dishonestly.
Today’s denaturalization actions reflect this Department of Justice's ongoing efforts to strip citizenship from people who conceal crimes or defraud the American people during the immigration process.

Double Standard? Dems Backed Expulsion Before, Now Quiet on Alleged $5M FEMA Fraud.
Yes, of courser it's a double standard!
If it had been a Republican who stole FEMA funds, the left in Congress would be screaming for expulsion!
Rep Hakeem Jeffries says he's a "hard no" on expulsion of the FL Democrat who defrauded FEMA out of $5 million dollars and spent it on her campaign, herself and family.
This year her legal team quit defending her, and she must now find new representation.
This is a huge deal and the media has basically ignored it. 🙄
Had it been a GOP member of Congress, the media would be all over this. 😉
When it comes to standards, the left has none, IMO.
From the article:
Democrat lawmakers refuse to criticize their fellow lawmaker, U.S. Democrat Rep. Sheila Cherfilus-McCormick (FL-20), who is accused of stealing $5 million from the Federal Emergency Management Agency meant to help people devastated by disasters.
About 206 House Democrats voted to expel former Republican U.S. Rep. George Santos from Congress in 2023 because he allegedly misused campaign funds and committed fraud. But when a Democrat lawmaker allegedly commits fraud, Democrats are mum on the issue.
Cherfilus-McCormick faces an ethics hearing on Thursday.
Cherfilus-McCormick and others allegedly received a $5 million overpayment in FEMA funds. Instead of returning the money, Cherfilus-McCormick allegedly spent the money on her 2021 Congressional campaign and gave it away to friends and family.
If convicted, Cherfilus-McCormick faces up to 53 years in prison. Earlier this year, U.S. Democrat Rep. Hakeem Jeffries (NY-08) said that he wouldn’t vote to expel Cherfilus-McCormick.
Cherfilus-McCormick claimed that her legal team didn't have enough time to prepare for the charges announced in 2025.

And I will add, though I do agree with what the president and his administration are doing in Iran, it’s pretty hard to continue to convince the American people that what they should be concerned about is the promise of world peace, when we can’t even do basic travel in this country without waiting in hours-long lines, and when Americans who are working in TSA haven’t been paid for a month.
Everyone wants world peace, but when you can’t fly through the Houston airport without arriving five hours early for your flight, the messaging has broken down. Fix it.

We have no leaders in Congress. None.
The fact that this set of incompetent fools have done this to us twice in the last 6 months is such an embarrassing indictment on who we elected. Both sides.
And yes, it is DEMOCRATS who are holding it and us hostage to send a message to their rabid base that they love illegal aliens, for sure.
BUT the simple fact that so many Americans don’t know this, and that Democrats are somehow winning this messaging battle, is an indictment on every single freaking Republican in DC.
This is an utter and total embarrassment. You all should be embarrassed to show your face in public at this point.
