The hardest struggles are often the invisible ones. Not everyone who is smiling is okay. Not everyone who goes quiet is being rude. Not everyone who disappears is seeking attention. Sometimes, they're simply trying to survive another day. Be kinder than necessary. Check on your friends. Listen without judging. And if you're the one struggling... Please don't suffer in silence. Asking for help isn't weakness. It's one of the bravest things a person can do. You never know whose life could change because you chose to care.

Consistency na illusion peddled to ones without resources and the gut to take the real risk.. Allowing them to drown more in lack of essential efforts, gut pulling movements. Yes consistency is needed, what about constant learning? what about the resources needed to allow your consistent grind stick? They just want you to recycle the same processes over and over again..
