VR is increasingly being used to help train employees to do their jobs. Especially now during the Covid-19 pandemic, has precipitated the need for virtual training applications. VR is being used to train employees in soft skills to improve customer service and managerial skills.

The goal of rehabilitation is to help individuals learn how to care and maintain for a body that now works differently. Especially with children, the virtual reality headset may help reduce anxiety and their experience of pain when they undergo traditional therapy.
