Want to be rewarded for the plastic you pick up on beaches? @TidalRevival needs 20,000 people in Cornwall to sign up & log what they pick up. You then earn points towards free stuff! The research will be used by universities. They also wants more companies to offer incentives

@BBCCornwall @TidalRevival Will the reward be for weight? As I sat on Carne (Pendower) Beach last week I saw large numbers of tiny, coloured, plastic beads that looked like my grandchild's 'hammer beads'. Next time I'll take tweezers - or a bucket to see if they float! Keep myself busy for hours.
