Useful for wc32 Bijol is also a doubt so Struijk feels like a no brainer now. This weakens leeds as a whole though so may affect how much i want to depend on them for the run in

@Tidal_FPL Yeah it’s a good team. But you’ve pressed it now so have to work with what you’ve got I guess aha! It’s still by no means a bad play

I feel like a lot more wildcards will be activated as we get closer to the deadline tomorrow. Remember that it’s all team dependent and whatever works best for you! Anyone still firm on FH33 - WC35? Looks like it could be the differential play at this point! #FPL

@FPL_TomHadley I think double Brighton defense is definitely a much better play long term guaranteed minutes and no wasting transfers. If I knew welbeck would every game I’d pick him over dcl but I worry even for future weeks welbeck will be on the bench

I’m seriously debating picking Welbeck (plus Groß most likely) over DCL on WC. The main thinking is he looks a much better pick before and after the double! Also is there a slim chance he could start both matches in GW33? Brighton don’t play for 11 days after the midweek game!

@FPL_Louay The actual GW33 team is quite template as I don’t think we have too many outside picks, still deciding on which Brighton mid though. Likely Gross I’m planning to have at least 1 player in just for GW32 then I’ll take them out

@fpl_tactician Only Arsenal, Newcastle and City here feel like they definitely concede. The rest there’s still a decent chance.

FPL Tip. Don’t wildcard in Bournemouth defenders. The odds of them getting a clean from here until the end of the season are low.

@FPL_TomHadley I agree, Gabriel in 32 would be nice but besides that don’t think it’s worth it. My drafted team has so much in the bank that I don’t think losing value on Gabriel matters at this point.

Gabriel not being injured makes things interesting! If I (likely) WC32 then I’ll almost definitely keep both Gabriel and Bruno - even on BB33. Not ideal but two of the best assets in the game and I’ll want both in the long run! Still haven’t hit the WC button yet though 😆

@GameweekGuru Tbf your draft is similar to mine I just have Gusto/DCL over Gudmonson/Evanilson

@Tidal_FPL I wouldn't risk the mins of Welbeck. Mitoma/Gross are both viable options depending on risk-appetite, but I think other mids are more appealing. Gomez is on 9 YCs so rules himself out. Therefore the last spots are GK/DEF 🤷‍♂️

If I were going WC32/BB33/FH34, this is the kind of draft I’d build. Focus on teams that double in GW33, City, Brighton, Leeds, Bournemouth and Chelsea. I wouldn’t force Burnley in just for BB33. I don’t really buy the “WC32 is weak” narrative. You’re gaining Brighton vs Burnley and players like NOR/Semenyo, plus low EO options like Bowen vs Wolves and Tavernier for the double. Have Bruno for GW32 captaincy, then bench him for BB33. I’d look to move Bowen to Evanilson in GW33 to maximise Bournemouth. I'd re-jig WC32 if Stach/Gudmundsson are ruled out medium-term. But even with 1FT, you can get close to a full set of doublers. No need to overcomplicate it. Fixtures are set for DGW33, just maximise opportunities and let it play out.

@NoNonsenseFPL If I hadn’t of pressed WC I wouldn’t want it anymore. But not the end of the world. Don’t think you want more than 2x Palace players anyway, and outside of Gabriel it’s not like Arsenal players are not desperately needed.

Currently reconsidering and debating bb33 The wildcard squad generally carries through quite well, i’ll have 5 frees to access arsenal and palace come 35/36. And i get the tangible gain of extra fixtures on my bench boost, compared the variance reliant gain of a wc35 #fpl
