The most successful teachers spend more than half the class time lecturing, demonstrating and asking questions. Questions allow the teacher to determine how well the material is learned.

Here's one of the things we've done to help with that pesky 'gap': made annotated copies of poems available to help with persistent absence, illness, teacher knowledge etc. May cause controversy but wish I'd done it sooner tbh #teamenglish @Team_English1 stgregseng.com/poetry
