@RicServini It's so important to chat about how a project reaches people! 'Build it and they'll come' is a terrible advice really 😅 That's why I've setup @screamsbythesea. A place to start conversations, celebrate #indiecinema and get things moving. Our first festival is next month 🥳

Let's talk about marketing independent films/shows/theatre/books etc. So obviously it can often be really hard to market your creation if you don't have the finance, reach etc. I want to experiment and see if we can reach outside of our bubbles and get more eyes on independent projects. I've discovered some fantastic people and creations through social media and I would love to get back to the days of it being a great place for creatives to share their work/art. I'm going to make a post once a month in 2024 where people can promote their projects in the replies. Hopefully filling it up and sharing around might reach people you otherwise wouldn't. So feel free to share links to projects, trailers, talk about what you have coming out this year, shows, performances etc let's support #indiecreatives

2023 has been tough for the indie industry. A lot of people have struggled. I hope you are all ok and that 2024 will be more fruitful. Anima Entertainment will finally launch next year to push out more commercial genre films and raise the profile of documentary. Send us projects!
