I've just come across this YouTube clip about @TimelinelyApp which lets you add notes including links, voice notes and video notes into YouTube clips in a simple interface. Lots of potential for the #mfltwitterati youtu.be/Zu-dekXLM14

Any teacher friends know a good alternative to timeline.ly? I don’t want the students to create an account. I believe that is the only way for them to generate a link for me to be able to go in and review their annotations. If I’m wrong, please set me straight.

Teachers, If you teach a notation skills to your students, then you might want to consider using timeline.ly as an alternative to written with distance learning.

@TimelinelyApp @rmbyrne Thanks for the reply! As a teacher Vimeo is great but what would be phenomenal would be videos from Google Drive....this way kids could annotate their work and hand in an analyzed piece of work...Thanks!

@1ME_Derrien @rmbyrne Hi Maria — we only support YouTube videos at this time. Is there another service you would like to use with it? We’re considering enabling Vimeo, Wistia, and SoundCloud.
