@Tochie_O I was too stunned to react. It is absurd that, in 2024, I might face a disciplinary hearing for the same thesis on the suspicion that I used ChatGPT.

In 2014, when I submitted the draft of my dissertation for review, one of the main criticisms I received was that my writing style came across as pompous and could be problematic for non-native speakers. Fast forward to 2024, and those words are now being attributed to ChatGPT.

The Pompano Lab had a wonderful time at #BMES2023! It was my first visit to BMES since 2018, and it was great to reconnect. Plus all my job-hunting students and postdocs gave great presentations and made new connections. Thanks to the BME community for welcoming us.
