@stl_cda Thanks to @stl_cda and @saintlouismayor for awarding us an affordable housing subsidy to build 4 new construction homes on a long vacant LRA-owned lot at 3506 Morgan Ford. The site was a former gas station and the new homes will connect Tower Grove South to Bevo Mill neighborhood

TWO affordable housing projects are making progress: 1. 3623 Hydraulic - full gut renovation, two 2 bed/1 bath units for rent in 11/2024 2. 4900 Gravois - 64 units of new affordable senior housing called Crossroads. Walls going up now and construction to be complete in 10/2025.

5815 Goener has been vacant for years and in need of a new chapter. Thanks to @LSEM_EST1956, @betterbevonow, and Alderwoman Schweitzer, we gained possession, secured the property, and cured all the exterior code violations. The beauty of this 1929 construction is starting to show

More older adults will have access to affordable housing and services in the heart of South St. Louis City, thanks to a collaborative effort between Lutheran Senior Services, TGCDC and several partner organizations. The group broke ground Monday on Crossroads Senior Living.

Crossroads Senior Living has closed financing and will start construction shortly! This 21M 64-unit senior housing project in @thebevostlouis is in partnership with Lutheran Senior Services.
