@jaketropolis IMHO it's not really the traffic engineers fault, when you design a street the DOT and municipality only have so much right away they can legally build on without actively taking over private property, the density area sort of demands both side parking and a speed limit of 25 is

Neither the parent nor the driver is at fault. The traffic engineer who designed the road is at fault.
