@moneymoverscnbc @TriPointeHomes That is great that the tariffs havn't affected you. I haven't had the same experience w/ my @TriPointeHomes . I have lived in my condo in Chino Ca for almost 5 years. I have had to replace the dishwasher, have the oven and wash mach. repaired, the vinyl plank replaced. Ugh!

Apparently @TriPointeHomes doesn’t think they need to enclose cabinet drawers. So if you’re trying to decide who to buy a home from, don’t do Tripointe. The home building manager told me they don’t enclose drawers in the guest bathrooms cabinet. Quality!!

Word of wisdom about #TriPointe - AVOID working with "Tri Pointe Advantage Insurance Services" to insure your home. Customer support and service is IMPOSSIBLE to contact and not customer oriented at all! On the other hand ... Tri Pointe Customer Care has been wonderful ... I do not think the Home portion of Tri Pointe is really associated with the insurances services.

#CheatersTripointeHomes Guys dont buy tripointe homes. Their quality is worst and they dont give a damn shit of the customers after house closing. I bought a home with Tripointe Homes in Queen Creek and my roof tiles got ripped within 3 months.@TriPointeHomes “Cheaters”
