Hey @AmericanAir - wanted to pass along some thanks. On AA1367 from DFW to BDL Friday night I saw your flight attendant Tina go WAY above and beyond for one of my fellow passengers. She did an amazing job helping out an elderly passenger and it was really uplifting to see.
