Lito Porto has been selected to receive a President’s Associates Teaching Excellence Award for the 2021-2022 academic year. This accolade recognizes his exceptional undergraduate teaching and innovation in the Department of Spanish and Portuguese. Congratulations Lito!

Prof. Sergio Romero has been selected as member of the third annual cohort of the Provost’s Authors Fellowship. As a fellow, he will receive one-month of salary during the 2022 and 2023 summer sessions to support time spent writing his book.
