@UbisoftBlueByte Ich hab ein Problem mit Anno 1800. Habe das ganze vor einem knappen Jahr an @UbiSupportDE gemeldet. Mittlerweile hat man dort zugegeben, dass man mir nicht helfen kann oder wird. Ich soll mich stattdessen direkt an euch wenden. Wie erreiche ich euch am besten?

@cagcoach Hi, leider sind die History Edition und die Gold Edition nicht kompatibel und die Patches daher nicht übertragbar.

@UbisoftBlueByte Kann ich die Bug-Fixes (wie z.B. der DESYNC) aus #SiedlerIV HE auch in meiner Siedler IV Gold Version nachinstallieren? und wo finde ich diese Patches? Oder gibt es die Möglichkeit eines Upgrades?
