The hinge movement is harder to teach as athletes get older, but crucial to athletic development. Our MS kids are getting the hang of it. Levi looks good with a little weight on the bar!

@VHSstrength We do multiple hip hinge movements to develop many things and once they get it, they get it, until they do it’s like watching a newborn baby deer trying to figure out walking.
