@iflycaribbean How long does it take to process compensation for a delayed flight that happened in March 2023? This is unacceptable. I will be filing a complaint with the CTA as it states refunds must be made within 30 days - it’s August.

We have called multiple in the last year and have heard the same story every time. We are tired. Where is our refund @iflycaribbean? Please contact us.

It’s almost been a year and we have received nothing but constant excuses and terrible customer service. We understand the circumstances are not ideal, but it’s almost been a year and @iflycaribbean has not refunded us, or anyone else by the looks of their Twitter. 2/3

We don’t normally do this, but we are at our wits end. We had a flight scheduled with @iflycaribbean for October 2020 to Trinidad & Tobago, and in February 2021 we were offered a refund. We happily accepted and we’re told it would take up to 3 months to be processed. 1/3
