Frontline health workers play a vital role in delivering care under tough conditions. This case study shares the remarkable story of a resolved case of a paediatric paraphimosis through leveraging telemedicine.

At Munyama RHC, the team met Joseph Chilambwe, a male nurse who attended the Arclight training and shared how the device is making a difference in his community. He Shared: “Since the training, we have been able to diagnose and treat eye and ear conditions within the facility.

This month we celebrate two extraordinary healthcare heroes whose dedication is transforming lives in rural Zambia. In July 2025 alone, each of these dedicated clinicians submitted 23 cases for consultation; a testament to their hard work and commitment to accessible healthcare.
