Joseph Anderson completed his final high school track meet on yesterday at the State Meet. He finishes his career as WCA’s school record holder in 4 events; 110MH: 14.38 300H: 39.41 LJ: 23’4.5 TJ: 49’9 He went undefeated in the TJ this year.

Joseph Anderson earns a 4th in the Class 5 Boys LJ. He scored a total of 15 points which helped the team finish 16th overall at the State Meet.

Senior Joseph Anderson makes it to the LJ finals with another school record 7.12m (23’4.5)

Congratulations to Aunika Groat on qualifying for the State Meet 2 consecutive years and placing 13th in Class 5 Girls HJ in 2024.

Meet Day….Day 2

Senior Joseph Anderson just misses making the finals in the 110MH with a time of 14.78 and places 9th.

Senior Joseph Anderson wins the Class 5 TJ and breaks his own school record with a jump of 15.16m (49’9). He also won the event at the State Meet as a sophomore as a member of Boys Class 3 State Championship Team.

Joseph Anderson has made it to the finals in the TJ with a leading jump of 14.53m (47’67)

Big Day at State Mee!!!!

Congratulations to Senior Joseph Anderson (110MH, LJ, & TJ) and Sophomore Aunika Groat (HJ) on advancing to the State Track Meet in Jefferson City next weekend. Joseph broke his own school records in 110MH 14:59 to 14:38) & TJ 47’4.5 to 49’05.
