@rangers__nation any idea why they are calling Marcus Smith from Hub City to Round Rock. Seems odd to call up a backup OF that's batting under .200 to Triple A. I know they have their reasons, just confused.

@Ranger3427 For me part of the hope comes from good attitude/character. Attitudes are contagious and I believe Evan brought something to the 23 Rangers. From all the negativity thrown his way from 2020 draft until the recent critiques, the kid is just concentrated on what he can do today.

Evan Carter is batting .222 against AAA pitchers. I’m not sure why most of the Texas Rangers fans feel like he will save this offense. I hope I’m wrong.
