On 19th I attended the Worshipful Company of Upholders dinner @UpholdersLivery at the wonderful Trinity House overlooking the Tower of London. I enjoyed the company of Marian @sidecarhearses along with funeral directors Adam Ginder and Paul J King in an evening steeped in history

It’s a lot to do with venue and how you present the service.
We often show children round our place in the lead up to a funeral. They ask the best questions.
Traditional is scary. Modern is celebratory.

@NationalSAIF “We” think it’s a bad idea… but you don’t think it’s a bad idea that 50% of SAIF members charge families for viewing their special person
At an average price of £99.
So £99 to view is okay… but £80 for a Crematorium to charge is not okay.
