YOU can not demand observance of one favored religion ovr all othres and ask all citizens to OBSERVE Ramadan. If a Proclamation were signed by a state for CHRISTIANS or Jews... the LEFT LUNATICS would have a Petition filed the next morning. Three has to be one Jewish or Christian attorney who can filed a Civil Rights Petition asking that Josh Stein's Proclamation that Ramadan be observed by all citizens be rescinded.
