The response says that the decision will not be overturned, and it also says: “In order to restore functionality, you must resolve the violation by logging into your account and completing the on-screen instructions.” However, there are no on-screen instructions on either the app or the website. Also, many users invest a lot of time into building their accounts. If someone makes a minor violation, they should at least be given one chance. If they appeal and say they will not violate the rules again, they deserve an opportunity to continue. And many appeals receive an automated reply within 1 second. Please fix this. We need proper human support.
