It’s easier to fool someone than to convince them they’ve been fooled — Mark Twain. If everyone is thinking alike, then someone isn’t thinking — George Patton.

@OpinionGuyCA @HehehehePiss @the_jimmy_says @ikwilson It’s a process & I most definitely will if & when that time becomes necessary. I am & always have been extremely active politically. I believe in the adage that we get the government we deserve.
English

@YourBestAnswer @HehehehePiss @the_jimmy_says @ikwilson You say a separatist party will form. There’s already separatist parties (IPA and WIPA) in Alberta, if you’re so sure on separation, why don’t you advocate for these parties and rally support for them to get more influence and political backing so your dream can come true
English

@HehehehePiss @the_jimmy_says @ikwilson If the referendum isn’t successful, a “separatist” party will form. There’s not much left of Canada. Hopefully soon (before it’s too late), other provinces will decide to get off the rapidity sinking ship that is Canada.

Please sign & share. It’s a petition sponsored by a conservative MP to change the law so politicians who want to switch parties have to resign & run in a byelection not just cross the floor. Confirm with the email that gets sent.

@_Superjudge @YourBestAnswer @ikwilson Not to mention the more than 100billion that the federal government has invested into the development of the oil industry infrastructure over the past 3 decades.
English

"Alberta", not Canada, is the third largest exporter of oil.
Heather Exner-Pirot@ExnerPirot
Canada is the third largest oil exporter in the world. Insulating our domestic oil prices from global prices would mean exporting less oil! That would be a scandalous act in a global energy crisis. Canada has no strategic reserves to help ease this crisis, what we do have is the ability to keep putting our barrels into global markets and getting them to places where the scarcity is greatest = price is highest.

I went to listen to her speak at the University of Calgary yesterday. It was a packed auditorium. She could only speak for 90 minutes because that's all the school would allow, but the crowd wanted more.
She's an eye witness to one of the most important moments in Canadian history. The Freedom Convoy will be studied and talked about for generations, and she was right in the middle of it.
I hate my government, but as I listened to her, I kept realizing I can't hate it enough. What they did to us. What they continue to do to us. There are evil men and women in Ottawa.
Christ taught us to forgive, and Tamara exemplifies that.
Me? If I had been subjected to the same treatment that she was, I'd be hunting down some humans for the rest of my life.
God bless you Tamara.

BREAKING - EDMONTON, ALBERTA - In the Court of Kings Bench yesterday, the world witnessed Orlagh O’Kelley, on behalf of Sturgeon Lake Cree Nation, explaining that “Russian interference” in the election of Donald Trump in 2016, American Imperialism, unsubstantiated, unproven bare allegations of “foreign interference” and bare allegations of a non-party to the proceedings being a racist we’re all relevant to a court issuing an injunction prohibiting the Chief Electoral Officer from communicating the number of certified petition signatures to the legislature.
Not once did Ms. O’Kelley explain the relevant legal process through which
the court has jurisdiction to enjoin a process of communication with the Alberta Legislature through its designated Officer, The Chief Electoral Officer, mandated by
validly enacted legislation.
Transcripts of this argument should be made available to law students everywhere.
I will leave it to future law professors and legal professionals to decide what lessons should be taken from these remarkable submissions .

@_Superjudge @the_jimmy_says @ikwilson Most of the Canada’s equalization payments come from Alberta. Ontario even gets equalization payments from Alberta which has the most rigourous environmental controls on its resource production in the world.
English

@YourBestAnswer @the_jimmy_says @ikwilson But it doesnt carry anything on its back, as part of canada, they found oil there, Alberta doesnt do anything special for that, nor did they. Sucking crude out of the ground, facilitated by privately owned, non-albertan conglomerates aint the flex Separatists think it is

To quote Pierre Trudeau: I've been called worse by better.
Here's the video the chiefs are so upset with me about.
It's as if they don't want the public to see something.

@_Superjudge @HehehehePiss @the_jimmy_says @ikwilson I feel like you live in your mother’s basement. If you can’t afford to move out, you can thank the federal Liberals for that.

@_Superjudge @the_jimmy_says @ikwilson It happens all the time bud. Canada is special but it’s not immune to fragmentation. It started because the federal govt refuses to let Alberta prosper while at the same time demanding it carry the country on its back. It’s inevitable & way past time. Sorry, not sorry, bud.
English

@YourBestAnswer @the_jimmy_says @ikwilson No, actually, you might be, and good luck to you on that, but canada isnt breaking up. sorry bud

@MadelnCanada @CanadaTheFallen That’s 658 days of sunshine gone once Alberta leaves Canada.
