Not only is there one window, but it's only open for 15 days starting on January 2nd with most schools starting classes no later than January 20th. It's unlikely a recruit: - Trips 3-4 schools - Commits - Signs - Gets Accepted - Enrolls - Finds Housing - Moves All in 18 days or less?
