Order your extra set - $29 for 3× encrypted NFC cards. 🔒 P.S. We added a signature strip to the new cards so you can easily tell them apart.

Silent Payments Explained Simply A major privacy issue for Bitcoin is address reuse. If you reuse a Bitcoin address, anyone with that address can see your transaction history and balances. The solution was to generate a new bitcoin address for each transaction. Silent Payments allow you to reuse a single static payment address, that generates a new on-chain bitcoin address every single time you receive.

7/ Both approaches solve real problems. ERC-7730 provides a baseline standard for the ecosystem. On-device decoding provides an architectural guarantee for air-gapped devices. They can coexist. I expect they will.

6/ Why this matters: yesterday attackers injected malicious code into a Mistral AI Python package. Dev machines were compromised via supply chain attack. If a wallet pulls descriptors at signing time, a compromised machine joins the trust path. Air-gap removes that vector.

@0xXenoWeb3 @XBukkyExplorer ERA has got an offline database, on-device of smart contracts ABIs. What this means is that instead of showing random hex values when signing a transaction, ERA parses and shows human readable transaction details thus preventing blind signing
