@drmmumbaicr @RailwaySeva @KonkanRailway 4/n Mind you this is not the case of today alone. I have been tracking this train for the last few runs and it is the same sad story everyday. Please stop dynamic fare on this train if you are planning to run this train this way.

@drmmumbaicr @RailwaySeva @KonkanRailway 3/n Once we reached the LTT outer, our train was detained in the middle of nowwhere for more than 30 minutes probably due to platform unavailability at LTT. Again, what premium service are you providing after looting dynamic fare from the passengers?

@drmmumbaicr @RailwaySeva @KonkanRailway 2/n In addition, our so called premium train crawled behind the normal superfast express 22633 all way from Mangalore to Panvel even though Duronto had the earlier scheduled arrival at Panvel. Absolutely pathetic controlling by KR section controllers again.

Once it reached KR, this train was sidelined for literally every other train including passenger, express, SF express and even parcel train! Not sure why we have to pay dynamic fare to be treated this way

@RailwaySeva What the hell is going on with 12224? This is a premium train where you levy dynamic fare from the passengers and the train is delayed by 2-3 hours in last many runs. Today is even worse. No help even after complaining via Railmadad PNR : 4542772252 @AshwiniVaishnaw
