@KIRNEILL I bought a $100 IEMs and the amount of times I hear footsteps IN EVERY SINGLE GAME before my friends is insane.

I don't think most PC gamers realize that if you are using a Bluetooth headset, then you are hearing everything 100-200ms late. You should either have a wired headset or a USB wireless adapter with low latency mode. This is why you react too late when you see someone in game.
