Having lived next door to a Welsh nationalist as a girl, this result is far from good for Wales.
It was not a good experience.
I was born to an English born mother, and an English father.
My maternal bloodline is pure Welsh.
Regardless, these ppl hate the English, and would rather welcome all else!

I have never been hated in Port Talbot for simply being English - Welsh people are good, warm hearted and kind. Beca now needs to grow up. And Plaid, like it or not, legitimately won a mandate to govern. Time to dig in and oppose with a respectful nod to the electorate, and professionally.

The Senedd’s unionist bloc, which makes up the majority, should simply refuse to co-operate with Plaid Cymru.
Paralyse them This means no deals, no budget-passing votes. Nothing.
Isolate their separatist cause and work for the greater good of the Union instead.

Every time I see a horrific story about a cruise ship I just think how vindicated I feel about hoping never to be on one. I can’t imagine the horror of being trapped in a tiny cabin knowing folk are dying around you and that it’s gonnae be made into a Netflix documentary.
