seeing people arguing with literal koreans about THEIR language and culture all because they want to be able to continue to drag yeonjun is so crazy kpop stans are not real

people from other cultures don't have to anticipate every possible interpretation from outsiders. especially when they're in their own country, practicing their own culture. treating YOUR own perspective as a default when dealing with cultural diversity is called CULTURAL BIAS :D

which bring us to point number two, EVERY COUNTRY HAVE DIFFERENT CULTURES. this includes language, mannerisms, food, etc! we need to be careful not to project our own cultural standards onto everything we watch. different cultures interpret things differently.

i need to channel my frustrations into sumn so here goes. i think it's weird that normal childcare is being treated like something shameful. first of all, bathing a baby or changing a diaper are basic parenting tasks, NOT inherently inappropriate acts (+)
