Today's dilemma: Do I spend several hours repeating my code for each response variable, and every time I fiddle with something I have to fiddle with it 9 times, or do I spend the same amount of time figuring out how to write functions that probably won't work?

I've completed my PhD from The University of Melbourne after a long journey through the ups and downs of my life. It wouldn't have been possible without the tremendous support of my supervisors @BennettRen @trentpenman and @caponte__ , and my family, relatives and colleagues.

6/ Studies that focus on just one driver of spatial pattern or measure spatial pattern at only one spatial scale will miss important relationships between environmental variables and species richness

@CityKat75 @Judy_Dunlop Not sure if this is helpful, but if you favourite the talks you want to see in advance a reminder pop-up window appears to redirect you straight to the talk without all the extra navigation (if you so choose!)

#ESAus2020 feedback - on the website can we have a button that says "live right now" and lets me choose between the 3 concurrent talks?

Attempt No. 1 at getting back on campus: Laptop (not used in months) bluescreens 3 times in an hour, has R out of date, and an expired Arc licence. But the final straw was the lack of utensils in the kitchen meaning I couldn't make a coffee or eat my lunch.
