I used to eat junk and garbage because that's what it's like living here in the States. Anyway after I was diagnosed with prediabetes I took my health seriously. I no longer have prediabetes but I still won't risk eating things that spike blood sugar levels. All this time I was working out and still eating junk not realizing it was the junk causing the spikes.

We are what we eat, stop eating junk and garbage!
