If he was genuinely fully planned he'd be hinted at in the beta version just like sylus and caleb. 6 Stella 6 Li is not enough

They say in the older chapters there were weird markings that matched nobody so they think its valko. The rest is fan made theory

@appacaba10 The only hint we have is there are 6 stella and each of the og3 looks to be having a rival: xavier and sylus the philos men, zayne and caleb the childhood best friends, and to me rafayel and 6th with some vendetta against humanity

@appacaba10 I would say that the main story was planned with 6 li from the start and he was supposed to be tech corp CEO. But Valko specifically was being fleshed out only since 2023, so idk his personality doesn't match and isn't unique at all.
