@stichedstars @vickylynnxo Sorry but this is part of it - we’re simply not seeing the data to indicate that “people are still dying” of Covid, certainly not in any sizable numbers, and repeating that claim just desensitizes everyone to the rest of it, incl to the benefits of masking.

my sister has cancer. catching covid or walking pneumonia or even the flu would wreak havoc on their body and interfere with their treatment. and yet, they cannot safely go to the fucking hospital! just the simple act of receiving care poses such a risk. god
