I'm not sure if you're aware of this but as a onlyfans model literally the only possibile way of refunding someone is to block them, and not only will that refund that tip it will also refund anything you've paid her in the last month, so she's heavily losing out on income due to your mix-up, you definitely need to be clear if you wish to purchase content from a model, she's not doing anything rude here, she's actually being very nice by being willing to refund you, most models I know would keep the money and move on.

sent @scarigf $20 as a tip for content, got corrected on my miss-use of the word "tip". Apologized for the misunderstanding and was offered a refund. When i agreed to the refund, i got blocked and never got my money back. Being dramatic isint a crime but scamming is.
