Another Sunday, another group hike 🥾 Yesterday was a 10km stomp around the Kinder Scout Circular Route in the Peak District - completely unplugged from social media. 4 hours of walking, talking and laughter. Couldn't ask for a better way to spend a Sunday morning 🌧️

I'm a big believer that it's #NotAllMen but I'm so tired of hearing "he was such a nice guy" every time something awful happens. What about the victims? Just ask any woman you know if they've ever been scared, hurt or assaulted by a man. The answers might shock you.
