@Avis your customer service is terrible. I sent an email to profile.updates@avisbudget.com and it comes back undeliverable. I am a member of the Avis Presidents Club and I can't rent a car because of problems I cannot correct. I called customer service three times and they can't help either.

Flight cancellations forced me to return my rental to a different airport with @Avis, resulting in additional $132 in fees. Despite being a President’s Club member and having no alternative, reimbursement was denied. Disappointing experience.

@Avis I’m extremely disappointed. I was charged a $450 cleaning fee despite returning the vehicle clean and in excellent condition. I have not been provided any photos or evidence to justify this charge. Please address this immediately or I will escalate further.
