(more listing coming soon) > @HZ7102 expressed his satisfaction with the launch of the mainnet after a year of work with the engineering team, marketing team, and community. He said he is happy the community stayed for the long haul and assured everyone they will keep building, learning, and shipping. > @michellek_web3 disclosed the reason the mainnet was named Pacific Ocean was because it is the largest ocean in the world, which perfectly depicts the goal of the mainnet reaching the global market. She also assured that there will be more listings in the coming days and everyone should stay tuned. > @HZ7102 shared that when Pharos was designed, scalability was put as the number one priority: to make real infrastructure scalable, high-performance, and able to handle multiple transactions in real time. As a financial-grade infrastructure, it is also meant to bridge TradFi and DeFi. Security and privacy were two other major factors considered. > David also shared that $PROS will function as a core utility token for governance, incentives, and much more. Whether you're a user or builder, $PROS is the way you'll be rewarded for your contributions. He also encouraged holding $PROS and using it to actively build on the network and interact to create value. In terms of decentralized ownership and shared success, holding $PROS gives you a seat at the table for governance purposes. > @ironsidecrypto said yesterday was a very good day for every sailor, the sentiment was very positive, and everything went quite smoothly. There were no issues with claiming, and everyone could claim in advance. Everything has been great overall, and they have been seeing appreciation posts from various KOLs outside the community, which was great to see. Mush also shared that very soon, a series of campaigns will be launched where community members can participate and earn incentives. They are also planning creator-focused campaigns so storytellers can show off their creative skills and earn rewards. > @HZ7102 shared that the base technology of Pharos Network has existed since 2017, and developments were made on it to make it suitable for RWA use cases. > David said they are massively focused on mass adoption. He spoke about the vault economy, highlighting the quick fill-up of the vault campaign, which sold out very fast. He hinted that two new vault campaigns will go live soon, and $PROS holders will get early access. That is one of the benefits of holding $PROS: priority access within the ecosystem. > @ironsidecrypto shared that there will be additional incentives for core contributors of Pharos Network to turn them into long-term contributors, whether you are a creator, a builder who created tools the community used, and much more. They are planning to build regional hubs, host offline and online events, and more.
