@bendsmith83 We generally associate grape aroma (terpenes) accumulation near harvest with sugar accumulation (higher sugar=higher aroma/flavor). But, this study shows that aroma accumulation doesn't relate to sugar at all. Rather, it is almost entirely related to cluster exposure to sunlight.
