@BootsUK scammers have managed to get an young student buy £625 boots gift cards today stating he owes fine to govt, threatened to arrest. Spent all money within hrs of rcvng card & pin over whatsapp. can you pls stop orders going through if gift card no.s shared.
@BootsUK please employ extra staff at Batheaston store. Queuing out the door prescriptions not made up spend so much wasted time disorganised chaos. Staff rotas obv not geared to busy periods pre-closure days.

@BootsUK@BootsUK@BootsUK We visited Sutton Coldfield store on 20 March paid £40 to change a glasses new frame but got given a used and damaged frame. No receipt or our original pair back, store confirmed throw them away. Store manager is on long term leave, so no one will help us!
