@BootsUK why does the app never apply advantage card offers to the basket? All my offers are new so I haven’t used any and I’m trying to place a large order but they’re not coming on. I have this every time I try to place an order - my message history with you is just this issue

@BootsUK so, your courier @RoyalMail decided to deliver my parcel to the wrong address. The “proof of delivery” doesn’t show a door, a house number, a person or have a signature. I don’t have my £70 item yet your customer service are basically saying it’s tough. where do I stand?

@BootsUK when are the lifts going to be fixed in Kingston? One has been down for over 9 months and the other one is on and off. With baby products and pharmacy being upstairs this causes an issue for healthcare and baby care access. -A tired mom

DAY 25. Thank you @macmillancancer for reaching out. It’s sad a charity has to step in because @BootsUK has ghosted a post-op cancer patient for 25 days over a hazardous delivery. @BootsUK, a national charity is now watching this. Still no replacement. Still no accountability.
