@brookstweetz Monsters Unchained is the best non coaster ride since Spider-Man. HYTTD is the best land with the best food. And I highly recommend Stardust Racers.

It’s fascinating to me that Sandrine Holt’s entire performance as Vanessa in Born Again is lost media. I’m glad we have Ayelet back but I do feel very bad for her. I’d kill to see her scenes and what her dynamic with Vincent was like.

They would’ve been filming more scenes and needed a LOT more time in the make up chair. On paper, it would’ve racked up the budget.

@swordclash117 I get why you say it’s not a good adaptation. It’s far removed from 616. But I don’t think it means it didn’t have its basis in something, like most modern Venom adaptations. It’s made with a lot of great care from a lot of sources. Also TASM2 Harry is just Ultimate Eddie Brock.

@swordclash117 In Spectacular, Eddie might not have become Venom had Peter confided in him sooner. By the time Eddie puts it together, he’s too delusional to understand Peter is a hero. He has no North Star like May to keep him from going dark. I think it’s a superior version to Ultimate.

This Venom adaptation still isn’t great. I find Eddie’s backstory and turn to villainy ineffectual and unconvincing. I don’t enjoy Peter and Eddie as friends or Eddie as a lab assistant. Eddie’s lack of Catholic faith and wrongdoing in his downfall and deflection is unsatisfying.
