I’m trying to ignore all the anxiousness of my timeline because i’m firmly of the belief that Europe Villa is a different beast to prem Villa, however, our opposition tomorrow does have me a bit nervous we’ll be dragged into treating it like a another Prem game. @AVFCSupport Disgrace Villa. Been to all Europa League games. I refuse to spend £50 on a membership. But someone that hasnt been at all, can spend £120 (membership and ticket) and they beat me over in the criteria. When i call and ask you say get a membership and you may get a ticket.

@utvHarry Not only talking about this tweet mate. Lots of Villa fans have a problem with us over social media and I’ve never quite got it. Never any sort of trouble at the games so must just be all the people all socials who don’t go to games I guess.

@henrywinter Apart from Newcastle, all the English clubs played teams who had to play an additional 2 play off games in February. Maybe its not the winter break? Maybe you need to take it easy in the group phase like they did? Naivety ?

I feel the "winter break" debate coming on again in the Premier League. It’s obviously needed - even with expanded squads, elite players risk fatigue, less training time etc - but too many vested interests preventing it happening.
