Everyone’s version of freedom looks different. Some want the big house. Some want to bootstrap a business. Some want to work from a beach in Southeast Asia. But the rules are the same.

Has anyone here actually shipped a product you created via vibe coding? How is it going?

@shinericia The low value obligation is soooo true. I just quit wasting my time being at places with people who don’t give a damn about me one way or the other.

@brian_mslp @KaiXCreator I believe most people are thinking about vibe coding as consumer SAAS software. Not all software needs to support 10000000 users, or even 1000. As a 300 person company, we are actively replacing SAAS solutions and saving already 300k on recurring license costs. 1/2

Either build something new Or you better make sure what you build is significantly better than the thousand other apps that already exist out there. Be honest to yourself and others!

For founders that were acquired….. what did it feel like when you started from scratch after the acquisition?

This whole “if you’re not making $15k per month, what are you even doing?” Garbage has got to stop. Most of you are full of it. Making money is hard or everyone would be rich.

responsible capitalism matters because it changes what’s possible. it can pull people out of poverty. put food on the table. send kids to college. help people retire with dignity. that’s not abstract theory. that’s the difference between surviving and building a life. and when it’s done well, it creates more than profit. it creates room for underserved people to move forward.

@i_mika_el Exactly. Switching is a pain. Data migration is messy, training their staff is like herding cats. It’s disruptive in every way. So we partner with them when they’re small and we grow together. That’s our lane.

Hhh, so once the time passes they are integrated with your solution so deep that paying for it is almost nothing comparing to the transfer to another product or developing on their own. This is actually genius. Exactly same tactics that our auth provider use and how we stuck with them. They literally raised API calls and we still going to stay because ripping them off is way too expensive

Founders, be honest. Does your market pull, or are you still explaining why the problem matters?

@i_mika_el We don’t. That’s where we’re a little different. Most charge a base rate plus a per caregiver and per client fee. We have no growth tax. We also let startups use it for free for either 6 months or their 20th client, whichever comes first.

@brian_mslp 5% per year? If 95% renew next year it’s a very good number. Do you have up sale option as well?

@i_mika_el Yeah, churn is less than 5%. When we launched we only targeted agencies in business less than 3 years. We didn’t have to time to waste with large agencies because most take months of handholding to make the switch. We’re owning the startup space right now.

@i_mika_el b2b. Agencies use our platform for scheduling, billing, reporting, HR workflow, compliance. It has a POC and EMR also. So their whole workflow is housed on our platform.

Pro tip. When you use corporate or tech buzzwords with regular people during the GTM process…. They instantly hate you.
