@TracyhansPeter @KaiXCreator I hope you absolutely smash 1000!🏆💯

@brian_mslp @KaiXCreator You’d see one soon,
I’d tag you to it when it hits 1k DAU
English

@shinericia The low value obligation is soooo true. I just quit wasting my time being at places with people who don’t give a damn about me one way or the other.
English

@zaizuney @KaiXCreator This is what we do. If we need a tool. We just build it. This is the real benefit for small business right now
English

@brian_mslp @KaiXCreator I believe most people are thinking about vibe coding as consumer SAAS software.
Not all software needs to support 10000000 users, or even 1000.
As a 300 person company, we are actively replacing SAAS solutions and saving already 300k on recurring license costs. 1/2
English

@KaiXCreator If you can’t build it better or cheaper, don’t build it at all.

responsible capitalism matters because it changes what’s possible.
it can pull people out of poverty.
put food on the table.
send kids to college.
help people retire with dignity.
that’s not abstract theory.
that’s the difference between surviving and building a life.
and when it’s done well, it creates more than profit.
it creates room for underserved people to move forward.
English

@i_mika_el Exactly. Switching is a pain. Data migration is messy, training their staff is like herding cats. It’s disruptive in every way. So we partner with them when they’re small and we grow together. That’s our lane.
English

Hhh, so once the time passes they are integrated with your solution so deep that paying for it is almost nothing comparing to the transfer to another product or developing on their own. This is actually genius.
Exactly same tactics that our auth provider use and how we stuck with them. They literally raised API calls and we still going to stay because ripping them off is way too expensive
English

@i_mika_el We don’t. That’s where we’re a little different. Most charge a base rate plus a per caregiver and per client fee. We have no growth tax. We also let startups use it for free for either 6 months or their 20th client, whichever comes first.
English

@brian_mslp 5% per year? If 95% renew next year it’s a very good number. Do you have up sale option as well?
English

@i_mika_el Yeah, churn is less than 5%. When we launched we only targeted agencies in business less than 3 years. We didn’t have to time to waste with large agencies because most take months of handholding to make the switch. We’re owning the startup space right now.
English

@brian_mslp Wow, retention must be great once they adopt it. Really wish you to get to the point where customers are chasing you more than you chase them
English

@i_mika_el b2b. Agencies use our platform for scheduling, billing, reporting, HR workflow, compliance. It has a POC and EMR also. So their whole workflow is housed on our platform.
English

@brian_mslp Is it b2b or b2c? Sounds like you are working directly with nurses, am I wrong?
English

@i_mika_el Yeah, ours is a full on home health agency SaaS so it going to be a little different.
English

@brian_mslp I would consider it a win. But it depends on the product and market of course
English

@Evinst3in @KaiXCreator **commercially viable means it makes money.
