@IzaBooboo Exactly. They have become the most obnoxious kind of moralizers. Their world view depends on absolute faith that their views are righteous, and anyone who doesn't share them is evil.

@briarstem The funny part to me is the Left has become the "Moral Majority" type hypocrites they disdained in the 80s. Their entire existence is wrapped up in the fervent belief that they're good people and a whole lot of murder and mayhem has resulted from that sort of fervor

Interesting psychological phenomenon going on here in which these people wish it would have been successful, know that it's wrong, and therefore try to convince themselves that it's a hoax to maintain the fiction that they are good people.
