Preordering is pointless for us digital owners bc we can literally buy GTA 6 the day of 💀

@GiboAgain I'm from Africa and that $70 might be like $140 in December depending on how politics is, so i'm better off preordering at this point. To avoid inflation, local currency depreciation and other factors that might pump up that $70

It's compressed and optimised for the website, what's so hard to understand? You wanted an 8k video for a banner on a website? It's all about efficiency. Infact every other video we've seen so far is compressed we will see the full potential when the game releases.

Don’t expect any GTA VI news until around mid-August. Rockstar tends to operate on a much later summer schedule than most people expect, so if history is any indication, meaningful updates are more likely to arrive toward the latter part of the season rather than in June or July.

🚨 Rockstar's GTA 6 website has been "updated"! The monitoring tools I use to track changes to Rockstar's website have detected some minor updates to the page's source code which went live around an hour ago. Without getting too technical, it seems Rockstar has removed several smaller image sizes from the site's "srcset" configuration, meaning browsers are now being directed to download and use larger variants of their 'hero' images instead. As a result, the initial HTML page size has been reduced by around 43 KB. There's no indication that this is linked to any imminent GTA 6 news, but it does show Rockstar is making changes behind the scenes ahead of future updates to the site.
