Digital Optimus will be many levels above Claud-claw. Digital Optimus will do anything that a person can do on a computer. One simple example: use voice commands to have digital Optimus draft and send an email asking to attend a conference, then tell you when there is a response to the email, then complete a transfer from your bank account to pay for the conference. put the conference on your calendar, recommend a hotel, reserve and pay for a hotel, recommend and complete a plane reservation to and from the conference, prepare suggestions for which sessions of the conference to attend, summarize the sessions you could not attend, suggest attendees that you may benefit from meeting at the conference, set up those meetings . . .

@bburnworth @SawyerMerritt What type of work could the car actually do? I'm having a hard time following the details of this. I've never seen it explained well

- Vehicle-based access for Tesla owners: If you own an AI4-equipped Tesla, your car's onboard hardware can run Digital Optimus tasks (like office work or automation) while it's parked and charging at a Supercharger. This is directly available to you as the owner, integrated through the Tesla app or xAI/Grok services. It's essentially your car working for you during downtime, and there's no mention of extra fees—it's framed as a built-in capability for compatible vehicles. - Dedicated Digital Optimus units at Superchargers: These are separate, Tesla-deployed hardware installations (millions of them) at Supercharger sites with sufficient power (leveraging the network's ~7 gigawatts of capacity). They're not something you interact with directly as an individual charger user; instead, they're infrastructure for scaling the overall Macrohard system, like supporting larger AI workloads, company emulations, or distributed computing across the network. Think of them as backend servers powered by Supercharger electricity, not a personal tool you tap into on the spot. The rollout for all this is slated for about 6 months from the announcement (so around September 2026), with internal testing already happening. If more details emerge on X or elsewhere, I can dig into them.

🚨He died of Thorium/Uranium Poisoning MONTHS After His Film Came Out! James Allen created "Zero Point: The Story of Mark McCandlish and the Flux Liner," a 2013 feature-length documentary exploring the ARV narrative and zero-point energy physics. Allen was a SCAD (Savannah College of Art and Design) MFA graduate in Film and Television who approached the project initially as a thesis but became convinced of its importance. Allen died December 13, 2013, officially of rare, aggressive cancer, however, post-mortem toxicology revealed heavy metal and radio-isotope poisoning including Thorium and Uranium. The circumstances of his death, occurring within months of the film's completion, mirror suspicions surrounding McCandlish's death/suicide.

🚨THE AGE OF DISCLOSURE: MY HONEST TAKE I finally sat with it and here’s the truth as I see it. There’s nothing new here. Yes, the production value is high. Yes, the lineup is loaded, former intel chiefs, senators, task force leads. But if you’ve actually been following UAP disclosure since 2017, this documentary is just the greatest hits reel stitched together with dramatic lighting. It feels big because they stack testimony on top of testimony. But testimony isn’t new. The claims crashes, retrievals, biologics, reverse engineering, nuclear site incursions have all been said publicly for years. Same people, same lines, same stories. There is no new documents, no new data, no sensor logs and no authenticated imagery. No hard evidence that moves this conversation an inch in my opinion. It’s designed to hit newcomers like a revelation, but for anyone who’s been in the trenches, it’s a recap. A polished one at that, but still a recap. Is it important culturally? Yes of course it is, but is it disclosure? Now way, not yet. We don’t move forward until someone brings receipts, not just retells the story with a better soundtrack. I am sorry Dan, perhaps I am not the target audience, but for me and many like me, this was nothing new. Appreciate your time time and effort and I really hope this lands with the target audience. #AgeOfDisclosure #UAP #UFO #Disclosure #RealityCheck #3IAtlas #UAPCommunity #TruthMatters

A case for $FOUR being 5x undervalued: "I wouldn't be able to discuss capital allocation without the notable dislocation in our own valuation, despite the continued performance and numerous opportunities we see ahead. In short, our own equity is one of the more attractive opportunities we see, and with expanding cash flows and accelerated deleveraging, we simply can't ignore it. To that end, our board has authorized the new $1 billion stock repurchase program, which is the largest in our history. We will be implementing a plan to purchase at what we view as highly attractive levels right away." - Introduction to the Shift4 Q3 2025 earning call by CEO Taylor Lauber. Below , I will outline several reasons why I believe that Shift4 believes it is selling for "highly attractive levels" (and I believe the stock could 5x within 3 years): 1. Strong Recent Performance and Record Metrics: Despite market pressures, Q3 results set new records, including 26% year-over-year (YoY) payment volume growth to $55 billion, 61% YoY growth in gross revenue less network fees (GRLNF) to $589 million (19% organic), 56% YoY adjusted EBITDA growth to $292 million (with ~50% margins), and a record $141 million in adjusted free cash flow (48% conversion rate). Since Q3 2022, GRLNF has tripled, and EBITDA margins have expanded by 600 basis points, demonstrating consistent execution and diversification across geographies and verticals (e.g., #1 in U.S. hotels and stadiums, #2 in restaurants, #1 in luxury retail globally). 2. Numerous Growth Opportunities Ahead: The company points to a robust pipeline, including cross-sell initiatives, international expansion (e.g., wins with ACOR in Australia, Nobu hotels, and Hertz locations), and AI-driven efficiencies for operating leverage. Leadership emphasizes a "delete-the-parts" strategy to phase out redundancies and lower-quality revenue streams in favor of higher-margin ones. 3. Expanding Cash Flows and Accelerated Deleveraging: Adjusted free cash flow is growing rapidly, and full-year FY2025 guidance affirmed $207-210 billion in expected volume (+26-27% YoY), $1.98-2.02 billion in GRLNF (+46-49% YoY), and $970-985 million in adjusted EBITDA (+43-45% YoY). Net leverage stands at 3.2x, down quarter-over-quarter, with guidance not to exceed 3.75x on a sustained basis. This financial flexibility, combined with debt trading above par and access to low-cost capital, supports reinvestment while making share repurchases compelling. The CFO noted that current valuation multiples are comparable to the lowest levels at which the company has executed repurchases historically, making the stock attractive on both an absolute and growth-adjusted basis. 4. Capital Allocation Framework: Shift4 evaluates opportunities across four pillars—customer acquisition, product investment, acquisitions/investments, and share repurchases—and currently sees its own shares as offering superior relative value given the business's scale, diversification, and compounding free cash flow per share. The $1 billion repurchase authorization through 2026 reflects confidence in long-term shareholder value enhancement. 5. Massive Sales Funnel and TAM: An overflowing sales funnel with over $800 billion in payment volume opportunities ($1.4 trillion post-Global Blue), underscoring Shift4's unmatched market position in integrated payments and software across underserved verticals. 6. Medium-Term Guidance: Projections for high-teens organic growth, 30%+ GRLNF growth in the "most likely case," and a goal of exiting 2027 with $1 billion in run-rate adjusted free cash flow—highlighting significant upside from M&A synergies, cross-sells, and operational leverage. In my opinion, if $FOUR hits their target of $1 billion in adjusted free cash flow by 2027, and is able to sustain double digit growth past this point, the stock deserves to trade at at least 25x-30x FCF. THANK YOU FOR YOUR ATTENTION TO THIS MATTER.
