It’s kind of wild that LM is getting so much attention over Charlie Day comment about him. If anything, the continued spotlight could bring more awareness to his cases and maybe get more people to actually look into what’s going on and how he’s being treated unfairly.🙌💚

Except this CEO was actually directly responsible for implementing an AI system that had an over 90% error rate, so that people would get claims denied that should have been covered. He did that deliberately to maximize profits. So, yeah, he killed a lot of people actually.

everyone’s lowkey confused 😭 but I THINK this is saying that for now the fed trial is still set for Nov 2026, and pending an ex-parte letter from the defense on 4/24, the fed trial can then get postponed to Jan 25, 2027 😵💫
