At the same time, his close associate Asad Shafiq is already serving as a women’s team selector, managing the Karachi academy, now appointed as men’s batting coach, and also part of the selection setup. This overlap of roles raises a serious question: is this a professional system or a closed network? Meanwhile, Saad Baig dominates with 1000+ runs in a season, and Rohail Nazir continues to wait endlessly despite being ready, while selection goes to Ghazi Ghori instead.
